The company uses a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) nesting system for pattern layout, which is both accurate and efficient. The advantages of using an automated fabric-laying machine over manual laying include: ensuring that the fabric is laid out evenly, neatly, and with appropriate tension, while reducing the physical strain on workers. The company also utilizes a computer-controlled GERBER automatic cutting machine that interfaces with CAD software, allowing it to directly utilize CAD layout data to achieve error-free operations, fast cutting speeds, and precise garment patterns.

We use DURKOPP sleeve-setting machines, pocket-opening machines, and automatic hanging systems, incorporate an intermediate pressing process, and extensively employ techniques such as pulling to ensure the consistency of both the internal and external quality of the garments.

Using high-quality German BRISAY vertical pressing machines, the steam output, temperature, pressure, setting, and dehumidification times are controlled by computer. Depending on the fabric’s thickness, texture, and properties, these parameters are adjusted through 38 different pressing programs to ensure proper garment pressing.

We run a closed-loop quality system across the entire production cycle—from inbound materials to finished garments.

At goods-in, every fabric and trim lot is inspected for face finish, colorfastness, shrinkage and trim conformity, eliminating defects at the source. During cutting, cut-piece dimensions, stripe/plaid matching and edge cleanliness are re-verified against the marker layout to guarantee zero deviation from the approved pattern. Across sewing, multiple in-line checkpoints perform live sampling on workmanship, stitch density and construction integrity—with dedicated audits on critical components: collar, lapel and armhole.

Before finished products are put into inventory, they undergo a four-dimensional final inspection covering appearance, dimensions, workmanship, and labeling to identify fabric defects and verify label information, ensuring a zero oversight rate and a 100% compliance rate for goods entering inventory.
